Neil Thwaite, Chief Executive of the Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust (GMMH), has responded to our report 'Small changes, Big difference'.
Picture of a stethoscope. A stethoscope helps amplify internal body sounds from the heart, lungs, and bowls. Each internal sound has a “normal” frequency range that doctors listen for..

Following the completion of our report 'Small changes, Big difference' we sent it through to GMMH for comment, and we have received a detailed response from their Chief Executive Neil Thwaite.

GMMH have responded thoroughly to the recommendations in the report and to the points raised by the service users who we spoke to.

We are very grateful to Neil and the team at GMMH for their promt and full response. If you would like to view this response in full, please see below.
